Dr. Parsons has been working as a private coach and trainer since 1991. The TEMPL Method is an improved version of private personal coaching that has been developed over years of professional practice in the gym setting, private coaching sessions, and in the classroom. The TEMPL Method meets you where you are and does not try to force clients into doing what your coaches do.
